Bicol International Airport resumes normal operations

Flight operations at Bicol International Airport in Daraga, Albay resumed its normal operations at 10AM today.

But earlier today, The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Area V has confirmed the cancellation of two Cebu Pacific (CebuPac) flights with Manila-Legazpi-Manila route, and one Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight from Manila to Legazpi at the Bicol International Airport as of 10:00AM today due to a technical glitch in the CAAP Air Traffic Management System.

Affected passengers have been informed and provided with options for free rebooking, travel fund and  refund.

As stated in the CebuPac advisory, for flights until 11:59PM of January 3, 2023, passengers may voluntarily postpone their travel and avail of their options.

For PAL, passengers are encouraged to continue monitoring the status of their flight using the Flight Status self-service tool on the website. I via PIA Albay
