FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Northern Samar and the rest of Bicol region. Light to moderate winds coming from the East to Northeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
