Bicolano bar examinees head on to University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City today, November 20, for the last day of the 4-day 2022 bar examinations.
They are among the 10,006 bar candidates who applied this year. Out of the 10,006, only 9190 took the exam on the third day which is at 91.84% according to Barrista Solutions, a website on Philippine bar exam preparation guide.
There are fourteen (14) testing centers all over the country and UNC is one of them. This is the second time UNC is hosting the said examinations.
UNC has 465 bar examinees listed but only 439 took it on the third day.
The bar exam consists of 8 subjects:
- Political and International Law – 15%
- Labor Law – 10%
- Criminal Law – 15%
- Commercial Law – 10%
- Civil Law I – 15%
- Civil Law II – 10%
- Remedial Law I – 15%
- Remedial Law II -10%
To pass the bar, the examinee has to earn a general average of 75% without any disqualification in any subject or a grade lower than 50%.
