Philippine National Police Chief, PGEN Rudolfo Azurin Jr. led several activities during his command visit in Camp Gen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City today.
Among the activities were the awarding of medals to Bicol PNP personnel in recognition of their meritorious accomplishment.
Medalya ng Kadakilaan was given to PCPT Hermel G Napili Jr; PSMS Vincent Philip B Anza; PMSg Bobby L Buela; Pat Lenie P Buenavides; PLT Manuelito B Abalaing; PCpl Neilbert C Valencia; and PSSg Kiven R Batalla while recipients of the Medalaya ng Kagalingan were PSMS Nestor Campo; PSSg Giovanni M Saribong; and PSSg Ronie Gavin.
Some 32 rebel returnees and their surrendered firearms were also presented during the same activity.
The Chief PNP also graced the inauguration of the “Tagapagpatupad” Multi-Purpose Building inside the camp which is intended to be used as an avenue for disaster preparedness and emergencies in the future.
