Bicol ranked 1 regional most wanted person for murder and violation of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 was arrested in a manhunt operation at Barangay Estana Amaya 1, Tanza, Cavite early this week.
Arrested by joint forces of Bicol PNP, NBI Cavite North District, Philippine Army and Cavite Police Provincial Office was Rey Cueva alyas Ka Boklan/Jimbo.
According to Bicol PNP, Ka Boklan is a resident of Sitio Kabikuhan, Brgy. Luna, Placer, Masbate and is an active member of Luding Tulingin headed by Ka Dadi/ Ka Hernan, Commanding Officer of Platoon 1, Larangan 2, Komite ng Probinsya 4, Bicol Regional Party Committee (BRPC), and that he also belongs to the Special Partisan Unit of the NPA which carries out high-profile assassination mission against government employees and civilians particularly in the 3rd district of Masbate under the squad of Reynaldo Mollejon “ka RM”.
The accused has two standing warrants for murder dated March 14, 2022 and for Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 or RA 11479 with both no bail recommended.
