Camarines Sur–The National Historical Marker at the Parish of Our Lady of the Assumption in Canaman, Camarines Sur was unveiled on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
“The newly-unveiled National Historical Marker at our Parish is a lasting testament not only to the growth of our Catholic Faith, but to our shared journey as a people. The church was constructed in the 1590s and was rebuilt in 1669. Written on the marker was the church’s history with the chronology of events leading to what it is now.
